We read every message.
Write to us and a person answers. Tell us which phone you use and, for a flight, the flight number and the day it leaves.
hello@eend.appDelete my account
You can do it in the app, or ask us by email. The steps are on Delete your Eend Account.
- In the app: tap your initials on the Board, then Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm.
- By email: write to hello@eend.app from the address you sign in with, with Delete my account as the subject.
- Your Eend Account is one sign-in for Pushback and Pond Hopping, so deleting it removes your flights, your friends, your notification tokens and your sign-in in both apps.
To remove one flight and keep the rest: on the Board, long-press the flight, or on Android open it and tap the three dots, then Remove flight. You have 8 seconds to tap Undo. Privacy has the full list of what we hold.
A flight is wrong
We read times, gates and aircraft from flight data providers and show them as they publish them. Airlines change them, and a provider can be behind.
- Wrong flight added. Remove it (see above) and add it again with its number and the day it leaves. Every time on a flight is in the airport's own clock with the UTC time beside it, so check the day against the airport's date.
- A gate, time or status that differs from the airport's screen. Trust the airport's screen first. Then email us the flight number, the day and what you saw, and we will look at what the provider sent.
- A flight we cannot find. Email us the number, the day and the two airports.
Notifications are not arriving
- Allow them on the phone. We ask once, after you add your first flight, and only once you are signed in. If you said no, turn Pushback's notifications on in your phone's Settings (on Android 13 and later this is the Notifications permission).
- Check the two switches. In Pushback, tap your initials on the Board, then Notifications: The day you travel and When a flight changes. They are the same switches as in Pond Hopping.
- Pond Hopping on the same phone. Flight alerts come from Pushback only, and trip alerts from Pond Hopping, so nothing arrives twice. If you expected a flight alert from Pond Hopping, it will not come.
- Signed in? We register your phone for notifications only once you are signed in. Sign in with Apple, Google or a code by email.
Still nothing? Email us the phone model and the flight, and we will look.
