Delete your account
Delete your Eend Account.
Your Eend Account is one sign-in for Eend's apps, Pushback and Pond Hopping. Deleting it deletes everything in both. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
- In the app. Tap your initials on the Board, then Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. It is deleted straight away.
- By email. Write to hello@eend.app from the address you sign in with, with Delete my account as the subject. Sending it from that address is how we know the request is yours. We reply within 7 days and delete everything within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, your sign-in details and your profile.
- Your flights, and who you follow and who follows you.
- Your lounge and status ways in, and your notification switches.
- Notification tokens for your devices, so nothing can be sent to them again.
- In Pond Hopping: every trip, journal entry, photograph, forwarded booking email and sharing link. Sharing links stop working at once.
What is kept
Nothing of yours is kept on purpose. There is no archived copy and no retention period. Routine backups taken by our hosting providers may still hold your data for a short time. We cannot read them as individual records, and they cycle out within 30 days. A trip someone else shared with you stays theirs; only your access to it is removed.
